Parked right next to a Beach 4motion; they really should do them in the UK; would've suited friends of ours (with a FWD Beach) perfectly.

Really? Our mates were told 150 fwd only.
Looks like I was wrong, just tried the configurator and it's not on the Beach only the Ocean. It was an option when I ordered mine over a year ago

I asked VW UK to sell it over here. No response. Asked a dealer to special order one for me and computer said no. So I bought one in Germany. Steering wheel’s on the wrong side but other than that it’s very nice and I like it.

It’s really annoying some of the limited options here in the UK.
No 4 motion, no 204 motors and you can’t spec the new Petrol 150bhp with DSG...???

Agreed. There are both in UK but only for Ocean model
