3 Beeps

I am getting three long beeps when I indicate while braking. If I put the indicators on alone it's fine, likewise when I brake without indicating it's fine but if I am indicating and touch the brake I get the beeps. Any ideas why?
Ps there are no warning lights coming on.

A long shot, but do you have an aftermarket towbar?

Check the earth connections on your rear light clusters.

No tow bar, it's still under warranty so I guess I'll need a trip back to the dealers

Hello, did you get the beep sorted? As mine has started doing the same thing.

I discovered there had been a tow bar and the wiring had not been properly removed. All sorted now
