so anybody running 275/40/19 on a 9.5 rim on the front, personally my van is lowered 50 mm and I don't know the offset yet but little worried about it rubbing

You won't rub unless you are running something like 45-50 offset. 35-45 will be fine. You definitely won't rub at 50 mm.

Lowered 100mm on 275/40/19 19x9'5 et40. No rubbing.

Yes as @DaveyB says I run 275/40/19 ET35 9.5 all round. I am running about 10mm off slammed on my B14s. If I am honest the front do nip the arch over a dip/pot-hole but I have only had it a couple of times and it could be sorted with a tweek to the arch liner. I don't think you will have any problems with a 50mm drop.
