235/65/17 on OEM steels

Quick question folks, will 235/65/17 tyres fit on my OEM 17” steels. Just wondering if the 235 will be too wide. Thanks

I cant remember how much by, but unbanded Amarok 18s are wider than the Transporter 17s. Be worth checking.

235/55x17 is a standard size for the transporter. 235/65 x 17 is the same width but just taller by around 45mm (diameter)

Ended up going for 235/60/17. What a difference in ride quality over the 215/60/17. Not crashy over bumps. Fills the arches better, and speedo reading bang on.
