Oil Use. What's 'normal'?
I have a 67 plate 204ps T6 with ~60k on the clock. I've had it a couple of years and noticed early on that it uses a bit of oil. I've not kept tab of top ups but I'd say I'm probably adding half a litre every 4000 miles or so. Just happened to flag a low oil warning this weekend which suggests...

How often does it regen? Frequent regens indicates a blocked dpf which in time causes the turbo to fail because of the added pressure.
Have you done a millers oil sample test? If not get one done.
More and more of these 204 cxeb engines fail but sometimes we can be lucky, mine used as much as 1L on 500 miles and then the small turbo failed, after the new turbos have been fitted it’s not asked for any oil in nearly 2500 miles. So it could be a similar thing on yours and the engine might be fine.
The oil sample test on mine looked fine and they couldn’t see any problems with the engine so I think that should be your first port of call.

I’ve had to do several forced regens at a garage due to engine warning lights coming on. I’ve had to replace a filter on the exhaust. Not sure what it was called but it was about £900. I’ve now got a glow plug warning light on and the engine warning light on again and I’m trying to get to the bottom of it all.
