2 problems both seemingly electrical

Hello all,

I have a dec 2016 t6 multivan which I've had since new. It has developed 2 problems recently both seemingly electrical.
1) The infotainment system works fine except the touchscreen seems dead no response when touched
2) the passenger sliding door wont open from button on dashboard, outside/inside handle and button on key. I havehave to lock/unlock twice and then it resets.
Any ideas??

2)have you checked the 40a fuse under the passenger seat?

No i havent thanks i'll try it

1) - try a test (hold on/off/vol knob in untill you see the boot screen (about 30sec))

I have this exact same problem. Did you get to the bottom of it?
