18" Arteon Compatible with T6

I have bought a new T6 which is fitted with VW 18" Palmerston alloy wheels and summer tyres. I'll need winter tyres by the end of the year and I was saw an offer of second hand VW 18" Arteon alloys (c/w new winter tyres) but wanted to make sure they were compatible with my T6 - does anyone know if this is the case?

No mate. T6 is 5x120, none commercial VW are 5x112.
