“6 bike” bike rack??

Morning all, first post for me as recently bought a T6 camper! Big question for me is, can you get a bike rack for 6 bikes???? Got 4 kids so ideally would like to take all the bikes, but if we just have to buy one for 4 then so be it.

Be interesting to know if anyone has seen one or has any info as google (for once) hasn’t been very helpful!

The issue you are going to have is the sheer weight - that many bikes will exceed the weight capacity for door/tailgate mounting, or towbar mounting.

Depending on the size of the kids bike you could possibly use the 4 for 6 bikes. I have dove it before but you need to be careful not to exceed 65kg max weight.2 bikes will have to sit upside down between bike 1 and 3.

If you have a tailgate, you can get a VW four bikerack and then have a towbar fitted with a bikerack hung off the towbar.

As above but would need smaller bikes on towbar mounted carrier to allow the rack to fold down
