Just get the biggest solar panel and battery you can afford and you're covered for both instances then :thumbsup: 300ah battery, decent size solar panel and you'll be fine off grid for days unless you're running induction hobs and air fryers frequently (even then you'd be ok for a few days)

Running full electric off grid requires a lot of 12v battery power. The problem is always how to recharge the following day. We have 460ah battery, 2.6kw inverter, 530w solar....... And still run into problems if the sun is not shining.
