    Mystery hose.

Hello all, I've been doing a bit of work on the van (see my ongoing thread about blocked Cat/DPF). Anyway, I've come across this hose which I've never seen before! Possibly a clue, but I also have these VCDS readings since funding it: 16409 - Actuator Module for Turbocharger 1...

Securing a Power Station (and fridge) in a Kombi between rear seat legs.

We've kind of settled on stripping back our setup and build even more and just see how we get on with just a power station initially before splashing out on leisure electrics and diesel. We've got a 2+1 Kombi with an Ovano in the back, and because the power station will power the fridge I'm not...

which steering wheel lock do you recommend

Well I've got the bag for the moment and will experiment. It is a bit of a lump.

which steering wheel lock do you recommend

Not sure the "bag over the arm of the chair" would be my choice. In a crash, regardless of where it's stored, it's a big heavy lump that could be flying around the cab, but storing it further back, higher up and in a manner where it can swing all adds to that risk IMO. Probably better to...

Porsche went today, I’ve sourced a really nice specced track car.. clio 172 cup , I can throw this round the uk tracks and not worry about that lovely stock example of the Boxster that I had!! Matey boy sold the t6 on too someone down south, I wonder if they’re back...

    Awning Gallery And Poll

Are you still quite happy with this? We're looking at buying one, reason being is my wife likes LARPing (don't ask), where you camp in a medieval style character, but you have to have a tent that fits with the aesthetic, so this could well end up with double use as a tent (which their website...

    Weekend Awning

Can recommend the Debus air canopy. Really quick with just the one beam. Handles any weather. Small to chuck in the van. Sides and front are great to suit the needs of the occasion

which steering wheel lock do you recommend

If you have 2x captain seats, the Disklok wedges nicely on the floor between the two seats.

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Yesterday, but spent the day at @CRS Performance for a cheeky upgrade. Review of the day here if you want to read more

    Weekend Awning

The basic Debus canopy (not the Duo Air), probably as with the Wild Earth Square, is very quick and easy to put up and take down. Probably easier with two people in a wind, but manageable on your own. It's light and compact (packed away in its bag, it's smaller than our camp chairs). I think...
