Hi New to the site just cut open the EGR off my 2016 T6.1 180BI turbo CFCA engine after engine failure it is a D suffix supposed to be ok and not prone to corrosion as the previous models think again badly corroded with parts of fins missing almost corroded through the water jacket engine bores...

A revo remap is a thing of beauty. My bi-tdi 180, is so sweet to drive with my revo stage 1 that gives me 213(ish) BHP. As @Tourershine says, it is hilarious when you leave some donkey lagging behind after they expect to pile past you.
I have the 180BiTdi, and this comment has sold me on a Revo Stage 1. How is the power delivery mate? Is it smooth up through the gears? I have a manual box myself. Cheers

It may be different in Aus but those problematic EGR coolers were phased out in the UK with the demise of the T5. If you’re buying a T6.1 the EGR cooler revision is not a concern as it used to be.
