Update - I've changed the control unit from inside the one sliding door to the other sliding door - this is not the issue. Checked the fuses in the dash - not the issue. Checked the fuses under the passenger seat - not the issue. I've changed over the large control units + small units again in...

The Sandwich Van. My T6 project

I put a circular vent cover in my rear quarter, which doubles as fuse box access. Not quite enough vent for the tailgate to slam without bouncing though. I bring it down to almost closed, then shut it. Sliding door had electric latching, and closes OK.

CARAVELLE rear 12v socket not working

The rear 12v socket in my 2017 CARAVELLE isn’t working but the 12v socket near the gear stick is. I’ve identified the fuse for the gear stick 12v socket but not for this rear one by the sliding door. Can anyone help?

    Fuses

Hi, I have searched before posting but am still confused. I was swapping a bulb in the roof light and think I have blown a fuse. The only thing that is not working is the overhead light itself (courtesy light), the sliding door step light is still working. Does this sound like a fuse? My van is...

    Slider doesn’t close flush

Had a look at this @n10n Scuppered at the first hurdle as I have Exploria swivels which have a solid top cover when you slide the seat forward and no access to those fuses etc. Think I will have to live with it this weekend, we aren’t going that far but site is booked. It will have to wait...

    Power-closing door problems

This morning, left door light started flashing, started up the van up, ran for 5 minutes, light went out when the voltage in the battery picked up. This afternoon I’ve checked the Van Battery which is at 12.8v, at the two 40amps fuses, 12.8v. No fuse, left door stops working, fuse back in, door...

    Power Sliding Door Issues

Hi Can I ask how you did this? “Just to prove my theory I connected a 12v battery directly to the 40amp fuse feed for the door and the door worked fine so it’s 100% a supply voltage issue but for the life of me I can’t work it out.“ My door and soft close are both dead and I can’t currently...

    Power-closing door problem [Resolved]

This thread suggests that depowering the door modules for a few days may help - should be able to do that just by pulling fuses? https://www.t6forum.com/threads/electric-tailgate-tailgate-soft-close-electric-sliding-door-problems-try-this.45191

    Physical layout of electrical components

@ginkster thanks for your input. I've amended the diagram and removed the fuse into the B2B. I've also shown a fuse on the outlet from the leisure battery. It's something I'd have have hopefully noticed when I came to doing the wiring. As far as fusing all outputs on the positive busbar, all...

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Re fitted my Caravelle sliding door card. Auto correct just corrected that as "sodding" door card which wasn't far from what I was calling it! Easier that removing it but not something I want to repeat. Sliding window is now all dry and not leaking so I'll hopefully never have to remove it...
