Adpurple? I guess that would depend on the ratio, how much adblue was in the tank at the time. It can’t be so hard to drain the tank and refill. As Adblue is water based and Redex is oil based they won’t mix, the redex will float on top, not sure how that will fare with the ultrasonic level...

Adblue usage is between 600-1000 miles per litre depending on a number of factors. I hear that some owners get their Adblue deleted, along with the EGR and DPF (all illegal) and from the computer so no Adblue is used. Has your Adblue been deleted?

My T6 remaining Adblue counter drops 500 mile at a time until it hits 2000m remaining then it drops by 100's.

I'm not sure if your build year was in the range of the recall for the Firmware upgrade that was supposed to fix the ADblue issue, but you could check that this was completed .

Haven't found that to be the case with my 6.1, but then I've never brimmed the adblue tank, which certainly won't help with reliability.

This is a thread from others regarding the update: AdBlue Software Update from Dealership. although it implies the issues were around 2017 so not sure if your 2019 would already be updated. I believe the updated version is 6163 If you call your dealer they can hopefully clarify.

If needed we saw the AdBlue additive (anti crystallising stuff) in the car accessories aisles inside big LeClercs. Sure it was about six euros or something like that. Seems pretty common stuff over there.

The modifications are very unlikely to cause an adblue related fault. The P20E00 not efficiency fault has been a bugbear on the T6 very a good amount of time, with varying degrees of 'actual fix'

Actually, I'm wrong, they're both 13 litre capacity - it's just that the 6.1 is much more frugal with adblue usage.

Presume it’s a 2.0 mk4 Caddy? Adblue must be iso 22241-1 a lot of adblue is just iso 22241. It would only take a maximum 5 litres if it was showing that it was low, warning comes on at 1500 miles remaining & takes 5 litres.

The 6.1 is relatively parsimonious with its adblue, and will go a lot further on a full bladder.
