    Sold TSI Van for sale.

Utter crap I'm afraid. I've done 38k in mine all over the place and have literally zero issues with the engine. Your so far off the mark. Im not going to knock the diesel as they have thier uses but for all the reasons others have mentioned I'm a lot happier I have a Tsi than a TDi.

Anyone Towed With a TSi DSG?

For my T32 204 SWB DSG TSI the logbook states 2500kg braked, and 750kg unbraked.

TSI - Oil leak + Timing chain

My T28 TSI is also at 98,500 miles. when checking on an OBDeleven it read at -4.92 degrees on Cam Bank 1, apparently this means it is close to maximum before potentially jumping teeth, check light comes on at 5 degrees looking on line, above 4 it should be changed, if the online research is...

    Hello from Netherlands.

...but thats no problem to retrofit at a later moment. Its more about the power haha. I 100% wil put a stage 1 tuning with dsg stage 2 on a 2.0 tsi. I have done a lot of 2.0 tdi T6/T6.1 for tuning from 86ps/102/150 til 180ps so i sure dont want it to be stock. Nice camper! Diesel or tsi also...

    T6 - CJKB - TSI 2.0 - 2017 | Waterpump leakage?

Hi there! I am dealing with a severe coolant leak. After removing the undertray, I traced it to the water pump/thermostat module at the front of the block. (at least as far as I can see) As shown in the attached video, it sprays a solid stream when revving at 90°C. It seems not to under this...

    2wd to 4wd

I’ve thought about that myself - especially since my TSI spins the front wheels too easily, and because I like to go to the Alps. I think it has been discussed on here before, and the advice was to purchase the 4motion running gear from a written-off van and pay someone loads to convert it. I...

2.0 TSI - does it has problems of other EA888 gen 2 problems?

That’s the first I have heard about any such issue. My TSI is only on about 60k, and is running fine. Any supporting info or links for these concerns would be appreciated.

Am I mad looking at a 2018 lwb Caravelle tsi with 97k on

We’re at 134000 in our TSI and touch all the wood in the world we’re going strong! Im twitchy about timing chains it might do some preventative work to sleep better at night. Regular oil changes seems to be the thing. Van had them every 10k on the dot. We purchased at 127500 last April. Just...

[SOLVED] Start/stop not activating very often

I'll admit I can only be certain this works with my T6 TSi manual... Move the air con temperature control off the coldest temperature and voila.. Start/stop works at the first junction on the journey instead of about an hour into the journey. Of course this may actually have a detrimental...

    Tsi uprated clutch

Hi, I'm in need of a uprated clutch for the tsi. Has anyone had a helix or sachs organic clutch fitted? I'm hoping to avoid a very stiff or on/off clutch! Thanks

    Newbie from Brighton

Hi Guys / still on the hunt for a TSI, pretty rare as discussed - my other concern is the leaking window issue - especially after swearing I’d never buy a car with a sun roof again - sounds like all the Vw OE side windows are prone to leaks - does everyone just put up with this or is there a fix...

    Sold TSI Van for sale.

Absolute rubbish. My tsi is about the most relaxing vehicle to drive that I've ever owned. Travelled down to the South of France in it loaded to the gunnels with two weeks worth of camping gear. Oh and yes, it will do well over 140mph on the Autobahn with ease. Only downside is fuel consumption...

    Sold TSI Van for sale.

I can’t say as I have ever found my TSI anything but relaxing to drive. It is quiet, smooth, effortless and can shift when needed. I don’t worry about short journeys clogging any emissions paraphernalia nor any nasty diesel smells before fully warmed up. My van is a converted camper with DSG...
