The warranty portion of the All in one lasts for 2 years, the service element lasts for 3 years. You should have this on the confirmation email from when you took out the plan.

I had the all-in plan on my converted camper. Many claims... DMF(edit), egr and a new dsg gearbox. If the claim is not directly effected by the conversion. Then it's not a problem. You can also call the VW CV claim line to double check. It's run by VW FS. .. 03700 102 080 ....
