have you definitely got all the cables connected? IIRC, there’s a separate wire (brown I think) that sits alone on the terminal - it only runs start/stop function….i can’t see it in the pics?

Also do not forget that it is still winter. Start/ stop will not work when it's too cold (obviously) or even when too hot (for the A/C). Or when the tide/moon phase is not correct, i suspect.

There is a function to programme the battery in VCDS, but in all the cars I have owned with stop start I have never noticed any difference after programming. I replaced the one on my T6 a few weeks ago and I did input the manufacturer and capacity. My stop start also appears permanently disabled.
