Yellow Passenger seat airbag connector

Hi everyone, this may be a silly question but I'm new to all this so please forgive me. Can anyone give me any advice on how to disconnect the airbag connector under the passenger seat of my Caravelle? I've tried everything but can't get it to budge! I'm not even sure which part of it should release so any advice would be appreciated.

Theres a black lever with a lift it and slide the brown green and white side away from the side attached to the seat. Disconnect the battery for 5 mins beforehand it'll stop any airbag faults coming up

Thanks Dav-Tec, I'll give it a go, I'd tried sliding the black lever but obviously wasn't pulling hard enough. Good point about the battery, I'd read on other posts about just ensuring that the ignition wasn't turned whilst it was disconnected to prevent faults but it makes sense to just unhook the battery. Last thing I want is to accidentally activate the air bags! Cheers

Won't worry tomuch about accidentally activating an airbag I regularly unplug them with the battery connected it's more to stop faults entering the system that with out vcds or something similar you can't clear

You will only get faults if you turn the ignition on while the airbag is disconnected

Following on from above, I had my driver's seat recovered, hence disconnected the seat and reconnected the seat however the airbag symbol has stayed on, does it need to be cleared with a scan tool, please?

Yes it has to be reset, it doesn't do it automatically
