Wiring up 240v chargers

Possibly a stupid question but as I’m on ny first build I can spend too much time second guessing myself. My leisure battery has been located under the passenger seat as its a 130ah battery I can’t fit anything else in with it so the split charger and 240v battery charger are located under the passenger seat along with a distribution post that is linked to the positive battery terminal via 10mm cable. My split charge relay has a fused cable going directly to the battery as supplied by TravelVolts but I haven’t got one for the 240v charger. To keep things tidy is there any reason why I can’t wire the mains charger to the distribution post as I don’t want too many wires going to the battery terminal. All earths are wired to the chassis. The distribution post supplies the main fuse box for lights water pump, usb etc along with a separate feed for the fridge.

From what you have described, that will be fine. The distribution post is electrically the same as the battery terminal.
Is the distribution post fused from the battery, and how far away is it from the battery ?

Funny you should say that as it nearly wasn’t. Then I realised although everything coming off it is fused there should be a fuse between the post and the battery. Bit of a bugger as I’m short of a midi fuse holder and still waiting on 5mm crimps

Just put the fuse as close to the battery as you can. Photos would be good.
