I was going down the 19" banded route, but changed my mind... again!
I'd be interested how much you get them banded for, because I got a quote of almost £1500 for a full set, but that included 4 brand new Land Rover wheels to band, and powder coating, plus obviously my personal ET measurements and rim widths.

£500 for banding and centres re positioned and £200 for blasting and powder coating but have been quoted cheaper to band them.
New 19" landrover rims are between £160-£174 each gather that quote £1500 was b s essex

There are a few companys around the midlands that do wheel banding with good reputation and cheaper.
Buy them when there cheap

I've done it once or twice bought stuff fit it for few months then remove it 
I would never go banded again. Any minor scratch on steel wheels and they rust and look atrocious.
Plus the way steel wheel lips and the seats sit means the tyres don't fully protect the lips making curbing easy.

I just cannot get mine how I want it because I don't know what look I want. My wheels come back tomorrow, and I've had the polished fronts removed and fully gloss Blacked. So I will see how I feel once they are back on.
I think there is a few of us in the same boat m8, it can get very expensive game getting it wrong and not happy how it looks, look forward to seing the newly modified wheels

I have a look in mind, but pulling off full Black wheels is a difficult one on a Black vehicle, plus the fact I keep it so nice, and include detailing the tyres, which can also ruin the look I think I might want.
Glass half empty with mine at the moment.
