Indel B Cruise 49 drawer fridge, was expensive but so far been worth it.
Thanks for you suggestion, I thought about those, but looked at the Vitrifrigo version and ruled them out, mainly because they are too deep for the units so wont fit and secondly is seems they waste quote a bit of space due the the runners, and I felt that, access seemed a bit restricted and they loose all the cold air when open. I stand to be corrected.

I have had an INDEL B / Webasto Top loading 41 litre fridge - stainless steel lining in my T5 since 2017. Still going strong.
Advantages as said doesn't lose cold when open door, very large capacity. Can run as a freezer at -19 if you want which was useful for dog food on a recent trip.
Disadvantages No separate fridge/freezer compartment. Always something on the lid when want to access. Bit of a pig to fit. Need to drop it into the unit before pushing the unit back & fitting a window surround due to the narrowing of the van width towards the top. Next time I think I would have it so the front furniture panel comes off.
At a guess mine uses about 2-2.5 amps an hour as a fridge, 3-3.5 amps an hour as a freezer.

We have a pull out fridge and love it. You can really pack it and you’re not on your knees rummaging around in the back. I’d say it has more useable space than a conventional front loader. It’s worked fine in southern Europe summer heat.
