How on earth do I know which length screw to use for a specific hole?

The instructions for the overhead cupboard are quite good but the instructions for the main units are completely devoid of detail 🤔

I’ve got bags of 4x25, 4x30 and 4x40 totalling 70 screws so I can’t even try process of elimination.

Lol.... I feel your pain.

Have you tried emailing Evo for advice?

We went for the Van furniture brand and opted for them to pre-build.

If it's anything like mine, you will probably have far too many of 1 size and not enough of another.

I just figured it out as I went along, just make sure you dont put one through the side of the unit and ruin it.

Instructions are quite poor but the finished kitchen will be worth the headaches haha.

Which model did you go for?

I’ve emailed them this morning, they’ve been helpful before so fingers crossed.

I went for the 5.4 Pro because I wanted the drivers seat to swivel and I wanted a slightly wider bed (1200).

Ours is the 2.6 Pro - built it over 2 or 3 days.

Evo are really good for customer service so if any bits are missing or damaged just give them a shout and they sort it really quick.

Measure the depth of the pilot hole in the captive piece. As a rule of thumb you want 2x the thickness of the other(uncaptive) panel

I make ply kitchens for a living & it’s very easy to split if you’re not careful
