Which hole on H&R ARB?

Can anyone with H&R ARB’s advise me on what hole is best to use? There are two on the anti-roll bar.

Not sure if this pic helps as difficult to see. Looks a bit like the rear hole (i.e. stiffer ARB). Fitted by CRS.

The longer the bar the less stiff it is .
I.e. the inside holes tighten things up nicely .
Tried the tightest first , test drove it and then tried the other option......quickly returned it to the previous .
