Which Bosch Wiper Blades for T6.1 Rear Barn Doors?

Hi all, can anyone tell me the part numbers for Bosch replacement wiper blades for my T6.1 rear barn doors? If possible an Aerotwin model. If not, any recommendations?

I know the fronts are the A351S kit.

I'll put this info here for anyone who needs it in the future. The rear barn door Bosch Aerotwin wiper blades are known as J47994 or OEM part number 7E0-955-425/A. I bought them from Just Kampers:
