hey vans dropped on coulovers not too low, on 20 inch wheels. would it drive any different going to 19's

What do you mean by different?

It's going to depend mainly on the tyres

I went from 20's to 19's, tyre profiles pretty much the same, no difference in driving imho.
However, it has re-calibrated the speedo to be more accurate.
