Wheel Bolt help - what are these?

Hi there gang found these in with 2500 standard VW transporter t6 wheel bolts . CN anyone shed some light of what there from I assume there from a VW . Measurements in the pictures oh and there's 16 of them as new . Regards Paul.

I’ve seen them before on ebay. Called Tuner slimline wheel bolts.
