What Tipped You ?????

There are so many upgrades mods and factory additions on a t6 .
What one reason (upgrade ) tipped it for you when you put pen to paper and committed?

Second the led headlights after hearing the standard ones were pap. Good selection of aftermarket ones out now though.

To add another though... door seal, wasn’t standard and should be

Have you had that done? Interested to know how it compares to abp

We are very happy with the VB and would say it’s good value for us. I can’t say how it compares to anything else though because we had it fitted at the outset as part of our campervan conversion

What real commercial fan could resist those numbers and letters... 204 DSG
Must admit 204 DSG was massive for me when looking to buy another T6. However there were two ex demos i was looking at, one at 150 dsg and one at 204 dsg. I swung to the 150 dsg purely because it had factory led front and rear lights......... the lights were a massive factor. I know you can get decent after market ones now, but factory leds are the dogs.

Totally agree, that's why I have both, but in your situation i'd of opted for the lights over the 204. It's cheaper to get a 150 mapped, than adding factory LEDs.

The petrol engine did it for me. Had wanted a T6 for over a year but when I heard a petrol model was to be released I had to wait for that.

I have to admit, I was really tempted with the TSI petrol DSG. But I do mostly urban driving for work, and I’m not sure that I could have stomached the mpg. I’d be a bit concerned about resale from a business point of view also. Trouble was, that there were non available to try at the time.

I still wonder though whether I should have. I kinda pine for a petrol t6 occasionally.

LED s are brilliant!! And they’re great too!
Rear bumper protector has been a great add as well.
