Weather Stations?

Hi all, I'm after a thermometer for the van, after looking online, I saw weather stations for sale, these can have thermometers, barometers, moon phase stuff and loads of other useful (?) things.

Has anyone had anything to do with such things, or can recommend a decent black thermometer which I could fit into my units?

Im a bit of a sad weather buff and run a Brannan weether station at home (retirement time on your hands is a dreadful thing) which automatically uploads itself to the web.

Fairly small and low profile, and when your parked up you could pop the external temperature sensor outside of in the awning,

All BT with smart apps etc. for online remote monitor ing.

Hi both, thanks for your insights. I'm not after a crystal ball but it would be nice to know whether I should take a jacket or a sun hat... I was looking at something similar to the one Sasquatch linked, it was a bit dearer but made in the USA, so less likely to spontaneously combust than some other units made in some other countries! (I'd hope!)
