Water under pedals

I have a small damp patch under the accelerator pedal. I wondering if it’s a blocked drainage channel or something like that? Looking under the bonnet looks like wipers off and panel removed to investigate.

Am I in the right lines? Thanks as always.

Assuming it’s a right hand drive van there is a plastic blanking panel in the scuttle on the right hand side, make sure this is in place.
The scuttle has drains left and right (holes in body), make sure these are clear.

Also, check the drain teat behind the wheel arch trim.
