VW assist took my van to my nearest VW garage on Saturday, suspected water pump issue. I went there because I have an All in one plan. Technicians looked at it today, can't confirm if it is a water pump or seal issue without a strip down. Needed authorisation from me to go ahead with the strip down. So at the moment the bill stands at 4hrs @ £144, been advised the warranty will not cover any seals. Is the water pump just another name for coolant pump, wanted to see diagram to check seals - see below is this correct. 2.0l TSI
