Clearly you've never been to the Black CountryI’m told that these are the next big thing in waterproof headwear, why not boost your street cred’ and be the first person in the Midlands to be seen in one.

Would seem the logical choice but its a little difficult holding a umbrella while packing away in the rain.Umbrella ?
Pete
Would be effective at keeping an early morning kebab off a shirt.I’m told that these are the next big thing in waterproof headwear, why not boost your street cred’ and be the first person in the Midlands to be seen in one.

Not even the waxed cotton one ? Adverts seem to imply it is?Tilley.
Not waterproof per se, but effectively they are. Obviously not the one with the mesh vent.
Expensive, but then you have a T6, so it's all relative!
Probably is, I haven't seen that one. I've had the plain duck cotton one for years, and although it will eventually absorb water, it is enough for a few hours rain before it feels too damp. Not even the waxed cotton one ? Adverts seem to imply it is?
It's about this time of year, with August Bank Holiday approaching, that you realise that the weather is going to be crap, and we had our summer 8 weeks agoWeird timing I just order this todayView attachment 127893
