Warranty work ?

Morning all ! First time posting, shame it's with a few problems that have appeared on my van : (. First off is the instrument cluster, when I turn ignition on the the clock dials light up ( normal and side lights ) but when driving they seem to go on and off ? This doesn't happen with the lights on full ? Bit annoying when driving through tunnels or dense wood as I can't see the speed ! Second is I've had a screech from the rear brakes from new now 3500 miles and still there ? And last is I've just noticed that on 80/100% lock I get a strange rubbing scraping noise from the front wheel, I've checked the tyres and they are not touching anything. Also noticed a few knocking noises from there as well. It's going in to vw on Monday to try a fix the problems is there anything I should be mentioning to them ? Hopefully this is just new van paranoia : )

The instrument lights going bright and dim is a reminder that you are not on full headlights and the rear brakes just need pads removed and rubbed with sandpaper and bit of grease on carriers.
I've had few new vehicles with rear brakes like that.

Bit of copper grease normally sorts the brakes but if its new i would make the dealer fix it, why get dirty when you dont need to

Thanks for your replies , will get vw to have a good look round on Monday . Think I have paranoia ha ha . Will report back if anything comes up for site info !

Mines in for a very rattly awning and an intermittently min working electronic latch on the sliding door. Pretty minor but I want them sorted: a shame it's over an hour drive to get there.
Getting a Transporter while they sort it.

Mine is three months old, front shocks knocking and thumping, dash screen with Android Auto can be bright and clear, dull and matt or every colour of the rainbow, one cup holder on the table flew throughout the van first time it was opened and the air con has stopped working, oh and the bonnet has rust spots. It sounds like the aircon condenser has been hit by a stone. $1800nzd for the condenser alone!

My shocks and front suspension is really hard/rough. It makes me jump when I hit small potholes in the road. Two times I also got a 'spoiing' sound from right spring. All this normal?

Crickey, that sounds like quite a list to go back to the dealer with.. Good luck, but get them to honour the warranty, be very clear on any paintwork - take before and after photo's and ensure that they document on the system that paint warranty work has been undertaken in case of future issues.
