That could possibly be a wheel speed sensor?

You will need to have the van scan for coats and see what pops up

Wheel speed sensor or reluctor ring seem the obvious culprits, but that's just a guess.

Assuming it's nothing blindingly obvious, such as an ageing battery upsetting the canbus network, to needs to go in or else be scanned properly.

most likely a wheel speed sensor, but possibly a dirty front sensor.

If no one local with vcds save yourself the diagnostic fees and get a basic scan tool like Carista and 9 times out of 10 it will guide you to the problem which is sometimes a diy fix (depending on your mechanical adventurousnessisms !)

My Golf gets all these very occasionally- noticed it is usually during extreme temperatures (heat seems worst for it). Has had the issue for a few years but it only happens up to three times a year. Switching it off and on again usually resolves it. Garages have always said they can’t find anything and I can’t either with Carista. Feel like it’s the car having a ‘computer says no’ moment.
