Hi, I was getting the common p2006 fault code and the flashing coil light, spent £900 getting a genuine inlet manifold and I am still getting the fault, anyone have any ideas what else I can try? I know I could get it mapped but checking it’s nothing else silly, mechanic said he checked vacuum line and it was ok.

Backstory? Which engine exactly - the engine code on sticker under dash by steering column? What's the mileage?
Does the actuator move freely?
What about the vacuum?

Any associated freeze frame data - a snapshot of engine data when the fault was registered?
Sorry for late reply, pretty much I could of a 2 hour drive and fault comes up, could go through a drive thru then it tends to come on, or if stuck in traffic, and would a autel shoe vacuum pressure? And 150000 miles and I’d imagine actuator moves ok as it’ll be new with the intake manifold? Should autel be able to do a test function on this also? And no freeze frame data at the minute but I’m sure I could get some
