VW T6.1 STEREO KIT

I’m after some advice on t6.1 stereo installation kit I fitted a Kenwood dmx9720xds had to return as screen was faulty.

I used the installation kit with the module to retain the steering wheel controls and the SOS retention lead also fascia plate etc .

I possibly want to fit Alpine halo so does anyone know if I can utilise any of the Kenwood kit for the Alpine ?

As images online the SOS lead looks the same and poss the fascia ?

Any info would be much appreciated
