Voice activation ... activation code

Has anyone had any luck with activating the voice command system from the multi function steering wheel, that when pressed tells to to ask dealership for activation code, who surprise surprise haven't a clue, they told me it was £244 for the and activation, they kept the van over night AGAIN, when I arrived to pick the van up they informed me that it couldn't be done, it's obviously installed in the software of the media system,can it be done ?

Got that FOC when they messed up other week don't rate it at all, why is the ,T6 such a letdown do you think, regret letting my 5.1 go

It's worth it for the long press for Android Auto. But if you get that as standard then the extra cost is not worth it.
