Victron Mppt Settings

i have just installed a 250w solar panel, with Victron controller and have a 100ah leisure battery.

Can anyone tell me if the default settings are ok or am I better changing them, I have put a pic below of the default settings.

The default settings are OK and pretty generic assuming lead acid battery technology.

Check the manufacturers data for your battery. I did tweak the float voltage for mine as 13.8V was slightly too high for long term float charging on my Varta leisure battery (e.g when sat on the drive for a few weeks).

Check your battery spec - many AGM batteries have an absorption voltage spec of 14.7v rather than 14.4v.

Same advice as @t0mb0 @Dilbert I bought my 100ah AGM battery from alpha batteries so just emailed them for the battery spec and that information enabled me to tweak the settings.

There is one on eBay so it might be worth asking the seller for some details.

Not much info I can find, but it doesn’t look like an AGM battery so you should be fine with the standard 14.4v absorption voltage.

Still can’t see the recommendations for absorption voltage

As @t0mb0 recommended 14.4v will be fine, it's described on that sheet as a daily cycle service.
