Hi all.

About to order a gloss black grill, front splitter and LED headlights for my 2018 T6.

Has anyone had dealings with Vanstyle? Website looks great and prices seem competitive.

Thanks.

If you do a quick forum search (top right) you'll find lots of members have used Vanstyle.

I had a run over the other week as they are local to me, for an engine cover and a new pair of side bars.

They have two else three well stocked warehouses and an onsite ship, staff seemed friendly and chatty, a few T6's and T6.1's outside too, in various guises.

Quality of the products appear okay for what I bought!

Had plenty of stuff off them £££, and had no issues when I didn't need to speak to them but unfortunately twice in the last month had problems with after sales, really poor customer service before sale and not interested attitude after.

I’ve only made one purchase from Vanstyle (palm automotive), some extremely crap cab window mosquito nets.
I returned them for exchange as they didn’t seal around the window, the ones that were shipped as replacement were no better, by that time I was on the road.
£50ish down the pan.
As far as customer services goes they were quick to respond but I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Make that 3 for 3!

Box of goodies arrived today, totally inadequately packaged so it had burst open. Thankfully everything there, I really didn't fancy speaking to them again.

That's me done until they sort themselves out, not sure what has happened but perhaps the fame of featuring on YouTube has gone to their heads and they've forgotten how to deal civilly with Joe Punter :cautious:

Poor after sales. I’ve had quality issues with a fridge and some other bits from them over the years. And as someone else mentioned - they don’t seem interested if. You can get through to customer services.

Used them a few times as they did a free fitting service so B14s, H&R Arbs, Momo wheels and tyres.
I've sat in their reception area waiting during the fittings and have heard their end of a few customer phone queries.
I'll be honest I would rather eat my own shreddies than spend a day of trying to sort out what had sounded more like buyers remorse rather than a defective product query, no bad experiences here.
