Hi all,

I put together an easy to use calculator that can help with working out how long a battery should last. You can chuck in your battery size, add what you're running (I've pre-loaded some common bits), and it'll give you a good idea of your runtime.

It also lets you add solar and split charging to see if you'll be sustainable.

I’ll add, ChatGPT does a great job of this. Tell it as much as you like about your setup and ask it what you want to now. It’s incredible.

Had it predict time off grid for me, based on month of year (eg daylight hours), location (weather), battery capacity, solar panel, fridge, etc.
