USB port

Just purchased a 2017 T32 and does nt seem to have usb port. I want to start using the Apple car play.
Is there a particular type of port I need to purchase so that I can charge and connect iPhone for the CarPlay?

Does your head unit support car play? I would suggest talking to @Absolut5 or @Dav-Tec but I imagine they will need more information on what you’ve got.

It has airplay on there and says connect with cable but no usb port

Sounds like you need a USB Retention cable kit.

Hey there my USB port has gone in it's not flush no more how do I get in that push it back out it's next to the cup holder on the automatic gear lever box

Use the Search function to find the procedure to remove the lower dash. You’ll need Torx screwdrivers and trim tools.

Do you have a 12v socket on top of the dash if so it’s pretty easy to replace with an extra double usb socket think there is a YouTube video of how to do it

This shows removal of the plastic surround and air vents then you can get to the socket …. Plastic trim tool useful
