Upper rear door carpeted panels, what fixing methods?

I am getting round to putting carpeted panels in the rear doors, fed up of all the high spots on these panels!
Bottom panels have clips so thats easy, but how is everyone fixing the top panels so they look neat and clean?

You can use velcro to make a hidden fixing.....

Those panels are normally screwed on with kitchen blocks...... Which look horrible in a camper.

Agree absolutely awful which I do not want!
Velcro is a good idea. Will get onto it

I used this stuff.

25mm and 50mm

Heavy duty version of the Branded velcro.
