Underslung gas not working

Hello, hoping someone can help. We’ve just checked the van before taking it on the first trip of the year and the gas is not coming through to hob or rear bbq point. Isolation valve is ok and lights are showing that the gas is full. Is there something simple we are forgetting?

Do you have a solenoid valve as well at the tank or a valve on the tank. Also don’t forget it will take a minute or two for the gas to get through initially. If you have an electrical solenoid you will hear it clunk when it opens

Thank you for replying. We have a gas store valve under the hob. This isolates the gas. I don’t know of any other valve. Should there be one on the tank too?

You have the same gauge and controller as ours on our crafter so the solenoid should be open with the display showing the green lights in your picture. Is there a gas isolator other than this near the hob? Also on our installation the bbq point has a valve by the connector

it isn’t making the clunk sound. There is an isolation switch beneath the hob and another by the bbq point. No gas at either with isolation valves open. Could it be our solenoid is not working as there is no sound?

@Lollyd3 same set up as above and we have have a manually operated valve for the hob in the cupboard next to the fridge hob is above the fridge

Thank you @Bargy62 yes that is where our gastore switch is. We also have an isolator valve there for the hob. I am wondering if the solenoid switch has malfunctioned. It looks on but doesn’t make a noise when you switch it on. Is there a way you can manually override it?

Give Propex a call in the morning
I don’t recall there being a separate fused supply for the solenoid so it’s either the solenoid or the controller board. Hopefully Propex will give you some help. The switch won’t make a noise but there should for want of a better description be a clonk type noise from under the van when you switch the gauge on.
Sorry didn’t see the bit about no noise in your earlier post. Either the solenoid has packed up or the wiring between the controller and solenoid is damaged
