Trying to find out the state of health of my battery - help needed.

As the title, I am trying to find out the state of health of my starter battery. However When I go into 19 - CAN Gateway the "Meas. Blocks -08" button is greyed out.
So I'm stuck as to what I'm doing wrong and why I cant select it. (Bonnet is open of that makes a difference).

There are some details about ‘state of charge’ ‘battery health’ etc under ‘61 - battery regul’ and they should be under ‘adv. measure values’ and then ticked to show them.

I found out the answer: The controller is a UDS controller, so Measuring Blocks are not available.
For UDS controller have to use Adv. Meas. Values.
