Transporter T28. Camper. Looking for advice on best Heater.

Hello and greeting from new member.
I have T28, renovated to a Camper with pop up roof.
Im needing instal a heater in my Van.
Can I get recommendations on what best heater without spending crazy money.
Im using my Van predominently in Europe.

If you can guarantee hook-ups at all stop-offs, then a cheap electric heater is all you need.
If that isn’t the case, then it’s a decision between gas or diesel. I chose gas as it was easiest as we were building the camper, but diesel looks like good bet and certainly cheaper to run.
Try a search for gas heater or diesel heater.

At times I do stay on campsites, but a lot time Im rough camping, hence no hook up to lecky. Is their not some that hook up to leisure battery ? specially designed for campers ?

Would flatten the battery in no time. You need a diesel heater, plenty of info on the forum. Cheap to use, can pay someone to install or DIY.
