Sold Towbar bike rack / carrier

As title,

Towbar bike rack/carrier for 2 bikes. Used when I had my passat but no longer required. I did think it was thule but can't see any marking on it so now unsure what brand it is.

I have no idea what make it is i can't find a brand on it anywhere? Or a weight capacity. Used to use it on my passat for mine and my partners mountain bikes. No use fo it now as they will just go in the back of my van if we take them with us
