Having pulled the trigger on a T6.1 and finding this forum I thought best start a build thread not just posting in the new members area.

Had a odd collection of cars over the years from a slammed Mk5 GTI on BBS RS2
To a B5 S4 fire breathing tuned by MRC
Made the steady jump into a Van with a VW CADDY start line..
And now into my most recent of purchase and reason for this thread..
A t6.1 21 plate Highline t28 in pearly black.
Need a kombi with kids on the way but can’t stretch to the kombi money and the mileage I want so settle with this and booked a slot with Bognor Motors for a Kombi and lining conversion ….
Which is some how cheaper than a factory Kombi.
Plan is for a Tan leather interior 2+1 Kombi set. Deposit is paid I just need the caddy gone to get here in!
Mods so far.
THQ Seals set.. doors and dash… I lost something down the dash instantly so was a must.
Just fitted a single seat in the front in Bricke
Future plans…
Lows… I want air . But that might wait for a year … SOLOWs will be purchase asap!
Just need those short shafts to come back in stock!
Wheels a OEM+ fan I am deep in EBAY looking at some funky sets of VAG / German wheels to drop this thing on.
I do have a slight want to try something cleaver with the ABT canards and a swamper Bash Bumper protector:.. but that’s Locked in my mind for now.
Anyways! Nice to meet you all… can’t wait to empty my wallet into this van !
