Thule awning repairs / adjustments

Does anyone of an approved Thule repair centre preferably in the North of England. The Thule site will direct me to plenty of dealers but the ones I spoke to are only interested in supply and fit.

I have a Omnistor 4900 LWB fitted to my T6 that will not sit flush at the rear of the van. The canvas is also too slack when unwound and curling up at the edges. My converter has tried to rectify but did admit that like many others, he is more familiar with fitting than adjusting and repairing. The rattling when on the move is driving me up the wall!

Any help / tips greatly appreciate.

Have you tried rose awnings. Down south but may be able to advise you on adjusting and local repairers

Do you have any pictures of the 'not sitting flush' issue?
The taughtness of the canvas is possibly just not retracting the canvas slightly, against the tension of the arms once fully extended, as per instructions.
4. After completely unrolling, the fabric can be tensioned by winding back a little.
