Thermo evo heater

putchased a 2017 caravelle, noticed its got the thermo evo sticker on drivers door, just wondering how this is controlled? Have seen some vans with a oem over head control panel? Can this be added?

Or is it only the kit iv read about with webasto controller and fob?

Iv only had it working when press rear then adjust the climate control it kicks in warms rear van up, but do want to get it put on remote fob at somepoint from what iv searched
