The last senior officer to try and deal with me by way of a disciplinary made two grave errors.
Firstly, although the duty calendar showed me as rostered that day I was actually off sick, so I could not possibly done as the complainant alleged. I didnt feel the need to trot that out too esrly and enjoyed the 4 months suspension on full pay before my solicitor finally mentioned it at the misconduct hesring, thus making said senior officer look a right nodder. "Why didnt you say so?", they cried! "If you'd bothered to ask I would have said so," replied me.
And secondly, I knew his little secret because his ex partner broke down and told me some years before. A few days after the hearing collapsed someone made an anonymous phone call to crimestoppers and....
Hed used her bank card without her permission and stole seferal grand. He was prosecuted, but the victim refused to testify in court so he walked.
But he only walked long enough to be sacked.
That'll teach him to gratuitously cross me. If he approached me in a more adult manner I'd have told him I was off sick and the allegation was false, but he was lording it up and loving every minute so I chose to say nothing, not even "no comment."
I had another month or so off due to "stress" (FMO's idea, not mine - he didnt want me taking out my frustrations on the public) and I eventually went back to work.

A long while ago an ambulance driver friend of mine told me about a middle of the night callout where a guy had got a tube of deep heat mixed up with his preparation H. Sat in a washing up bowl of water when they arrived.
I think it would be more relevant to suggest any additional razed taxes and cuts would be to fund the large razing of additional Military Expenditure!
