T6 wing mirror adjustment issue

Hi, I’m unable to adjust my wing mirrors. They fold in and heat up but the left and right adjustment doesn’t work. I replaced the switch but made no difference. The fact it’s both and not just one baffles me. Really would appreciate any guidance the forum can offer in diagnosing the issue. The van is a 2018 T30 Kombi.
