T6 P2563 stuck in limp mode.

Hi! I’m new to this forum and I hope you experts could give me some help.

I have some issues with my 2016 transporter T6, starting to get a little desperate here.

Long story short: The P2563 faulty code came for a while ago. Have now changed to a brand new turbo. P2563 still pops up og gets stuck in limp mode. After switching off and on the ignition the code goes away, and keep coming back after 10 seconds on idling.

Any ideas?

Have also changed N75 valve, inlet manifold, remove dpf.

Everything has been changed in a workshop. They also said that the vacuum line og wiring is ok. Glow plug on cylinder 3 with the pressure sensor is broken og stuck. Can the glow plug generate P2563??

No.

P2563 00 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit - Implausible Signal

You need to check what the position sensor of the actuator reports to ECU - obviously something the ECU doesn't like.

VCDS would be more than helpful for the check. E.g.

Thank you for tip and link! The workshop said it was caused by a faulty cylinder 3 glow plug, Didn’t make sense to me.

I’ll call another workshop and ask them to check with VCDS.

Is there any other weak points on the t6 that can cause this problem?

P2563 is simply that turbo actuator position deviates from commanded value. Either sticky turbo vanes or sticky actuator itself. Or the position sensor. Or vacuum leak. Or N75 solenoid valve.
Have now changed to a brand new turbo.
Did that include the actuator?

keep coming back after 10 seconds on idling.
On idle the actuator streches to maximum boost position - so a kind of suggests things are not moving as they should.

Yes, actuator and N75 valve is brand new. Is there a N75 valve next to the egr also?

Total cost last 3 months is about 5000$. Starting to get a little tired of it now. The car has only run 170k km.

If the actuator should stretch to maximum on idle, could that explain why the car not always start on first try? No difference if it’s hot or cold engine. It starts just fine if I give the gas paddle a little push while turning the key.
